It depends on the service type:
- Commercial Cleaning: Yes, we are fully self-sufficient and provide all chemicals and equipment.
- Residential Cleaning: No. To accommodate personal preferences, chemical sensitivities, and specific allergies, we use the supplies provided by the homeowner. This allows us to use the specific scents or eco-friendly solutions you have trusted in your home for years.
Absolutely. For your peace of mind, all our staff undergo rigorous background checks and are fully bonded and insured.
- That is entirely up to you. Many of our commercial clients provide us with after-hours access, while residential clients often leave a key or entry code.
- Cleaning removes visible dirt and debris.
- Sanitizing reduces the number of bacteria to safe levels.
- Disinfecting uses chemicals to actually kill 99.9% of germs and viruses on surfaces.

Yes. Because the spray is “atomized” (broken into tiny droplets) and magnetically attracted to surfaces, it does not “soak” equipment. It is safe for keyboards, monitors, and printers when applied at the correct distance by our trained team.
We recommend that rooms be vacant during the actual spraying. However, the fine mist dries very quickly, and spaces are typically ready for re-entry within 15–30 minutes.
Yes. Once the solution has dried on the surface, it is completely non-toxic and safe for both humans and animals.
No. The technology is designed to provide an even, thin coat that dries streak-free without the need for wiping.
For high-traffic areas like gyms or medical clinics, we recommend daily or weekly. For standard offices, a monthly “deep shield” application is usually sufficient.

Typically, the floor needs 2–4 hours to dry between coats, and we recommend waiting 24 hours before moving heavy furniture back.
Our Steam Extraction method is highly effective at removing most deep-set stains, allergens, and odors. We will assess your carpet’s condition and give you a realistic expectation before we begin.
Light rain doesn’t actually make windows dirty (dirt does!). However, for safety reasons and to guarantee a streak-free finish, we may reschedule high-rise or exterior cleaning if there is heavy wind or storms.
